Alteainvest appreciates design and elegance. The website of this real estate agency with great experience and tradition in Altea needed a change of air, according to the high levels of demand and quality of their promotions.
A clean and elegant design based on pure lines with wide white frames and chromatic grey backgrounds was planned for all the pages of the new website.

The colour palette for the backgrounds of the website is based on light tones and is complemented by the accent colours that serve to highlight the interactive areas, created from the corporate blue colour. The primary typeface Prata is a serif font, elegant and very legible, also in capitals.

Web Design.
The Alteainvest website is a complex project that required organising the extensive information on each page through the creation of interactive indexes that direct the user to the desired area of the page when they move the mouse and click on the link. It was also essential to link to the CRM of the real estate agency and to have a registration field and a property search bar for the user. The website is multi-language, which can be added progressively.
Illustration.
It creates an Infography to explain to the user a real estate service. First of all, the problem had to be identified and focused on in order to create the illustration while giving the user the solutions, highlighting in the centre of the image the product that is to be offered as a remedy to the problem.
